★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad la forma en que la otorrino atiende deja mucho que decir llevo un tratamiento de 2 meses ya con ella y no llevo mejoría la manera en la que revisa es muy decadente deberían de checar eso y poner a un medico que de verdad atienda de una manera adecuada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las recepcionistas nunca dan bien la información por teléfono, si es que llegan a contestar, siempre están colgando, jamás quieren atender las llamadas (se ve mientras esperas tu turno con el médico).
La atención médica es muy buena.
The receptionists never give the information well over the phone, if they do answer, they are always hanging up, they never want to take calls (you can see it while you wait for your turn with the doctor).

Que en particular hoy 26 fui, en la especialidad de dermatologia y me atendió una medianílla joven doctora y vieran como me trató como si fuera una basura.
Yo trataba de explicarme sobre problema me decía que me calle que no debo hablar mucho que pagues $200 y que vaya por una hoja que la lleno y me mando al emiloano zapata el hospital bueno.... perdí 3 hrs de mi tiempo me robaron mis $200 y de pilón nadie me atendió en Emiliano. Bueno no vayan no se dejen lo malo que son nuestros servidores que deberían ayudarnos pero que mal . Espero y les vaya bien esa gente es algo super malo me da lastima.
Nose dejen gente que por ser humildes o no vestir bien no vale la pena . Yo creyendo que sería un gran trato.
