La primera vez que fui a conocer el lugar la atención fue pésima y llena de custionamientos sin sentido.
El personal que atiende en el arra de registro es malisimo en el regsutro y tardan mucho tiempo.
La gerente supongo, es mal encarada, no resuelve, el equipo siempre se ve que se hace bolas.
La limpieza de los baños debe de mejorar.
Considero que es buen lugar pero no tienen sentido de empatia en sus procesos en la parte de recepción.
Deberían de cambiar la administración.
It is a very good place for games for children, however;
The first time I went to see the place, the attention was terrible and full of pointless questioning.
The staff that attends the registration arra is terrible at registration and takes a long time.
The manager I suppose, is bad faced, does not resolve, the team always seems to be in a ball.
The cleanliness of the bathrooms needs to be improved.
I think it's a good place but they have no sense of empathy in their processes on the reception side.
They should change management.
