★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO SERVICIO! La idea era mandar un paquete a Montemorelos pasaron 10 días y no llegaba (llegaría en 3 o 4 días) por lo que solicite mi devolución del paquete y aún no pueden regresarmelo (ya van 8 días). El Gerente se pone en un plan nefasto ( si me regreso mi dinero) alegando sus argumentos PERO LO CIERTO ES QUE NO ME DAN UNA SOLUCION.
VAYAN A CUALQUIER MENSAJERIA MENOS A ESTA.
Todo este circo lo vengo viendo desde el 25 de Abril y estamos a 15 de Mayo 2020 sin solucion ??
Cero recomendable.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! The idea was to send a package to Montemorelos 10 days passed and it did not arrive (it would arrive in 3 or 4 days) so I requested my return of the package and they still cannot return it to me (it is already 8 days). The Manager is put in a nefarious plan (if I return my money) alleging his arguments BUT THE TRUE IS THAT THEY DON'T GIVE ME A SOLUTION.
GO TO ANY MESSAGING LESS THAN THIS.
All this circus I have been seeing since April 25 and we are at May 15, 2020 without solution ??
Zero recommended.
