★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casi nunca hay “espacio” para limpiar por dentro, solo por fuera y es medianamente bien, en los estribos les hace falta más cuidado.
Desde las 18:00 horas ya no reciben coches.
Si pides factura, jamás te llegan. Ojo SAT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una pena que tengan el lugar en total abandono, el mal lavado que le dan a la carrocería lo hace el operador antes de entrar al túnel, los cepillos que quedan apenas tocan el coche, la “espuma activa” es inexistente, la fila para secar interminable por lo tanto el auto se mancha. Mal mal mal, no pierdan su tiempo y su dinero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me agrada , como todo negocio , hay muchas cosas en las que pueden mejorar , pero creo que ya hay personas que les hacen saber las deficiencias que puedan tener . Creo que son áreas dé oportunidad para mejorar , si no hubiera estas áreas dé oportunidades , las empresas no mejorarían .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aun con servicio “express” solo lavado debe uno hacer fila para que alguien seque el auto, mientras tanto el auto se seca el agua quedando chorreado. 1 hora después salí de un Servicio express. Malísimo!
La empresa que operaba anteriormente era mucho mejor. Dos personas secaban el auto desde que salía del túnel y aplicaban almorol si era servicio express

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, el equipo de lavado automático está muy deteriorado y no funciona como debería, el personal no tiene interés en su trabajo, mal capacitados, hacen el trabajo como pueden y no con la calidad que deberían, cobran como si todo estuviera en excelentes condiciones. Me siento estafado. La culpa no es del personal ellos solo son reflejo del interés de la administración del negocio. Básicamente solo mojaron mi auto, lo "trapearon" porque no se puedes decir que lo limpiaran y lo aspiraron. No recomendable en Playa del Carmen..
Very bad experience, the automatic washing equipment is very deteriorated and does not work as it should, the staff has no interest in their work, poorly trained, they do the work as they can and not with the quality they should, they charge as if everything was in excellent condition terms. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy malo servicio !. El espuma activa muy debil (casi pura agua). Los sepillos a penas tocan el caro (nada de lado ?). El secador que no seca nada ?. El servicio que baja tanto que es el última vez que vamos a usar su servicio.
Very bad service! Very weak active foam (almost pure water). The sepillos barely touch the expensive one (nothing on the side ?). The dryer that doesn't dry anything ?. The service goes down so much that it is the last time we will use their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice lavado express y me lo dejaron más sucio que cuando llegué, le pasaron un trapo para "secarlo" que lo que hizo fue manchar toda la camioneta.
Ni ganas de volver.
Prefiero llevarlo a donde los chavos se aplican por ganarse su propina.
(no pude aspirar porque debía esperar 2 horas) un descontrol total.
Pésimo, lo peor es que es la 2da vez (les di la oportunidad de ver si la 1era que lo dejaron similar fue por error)
I did an express wash and they left it dirtier than when I arrived, they passed it a rag to "dry" it, which it did was stain the entire truck.
I don't want to go back.
I'd rather take it where the guys apply for their tip.
(I couldn't vacuum because I had to wait 2 hours) a total lack of control.
Terrible, the worst thing is that it is the 2nd time (I gave them the opportunity to see if the 1st time they left it similar was by mistake)

The automatic wash is completely useless brushes does not touch the car the soap dispensed is so diluted that it is worthless barely and they barely rinse the car. After they make you wait 15 minutes in the sun so that the residue bakes and then the poor guy tries to dry the car so the result is a really bad job. What a mess . Never going back to this place
