P	Pedro Romero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola, Mi nombre es Pedro Romero, el dia 22 de julio di un anticipo para la solicitud de una bicicleta en un color en especifico, me comentaron que estaría llegando a finales de agosto, lo cual no fue así, sin embargo me comentaron que hay un modelo similar en otro color, que si quiero el color que solicite, tendré que esperar un mes mas y eso si tengo suerte. esta es mi segunda Trek, realmente la marca es bastante buena, sin embargo no estoy muy de acuerdo con la distribución que tienen en N.L., sobre todo que te digan una fecha de entrega y no se cumpla y que además se extienda mucho más y con la incertidumbre de que talvez tampoco llegue. Les agradeceré mucho que hagan el esfuerzo para tener una mayor certeza de las entregas y darle la seriedad que se merece a la compra, sobre todo por que no son cualquier tipo de bicicleta. En mi caso, me dieron fechas de entregan de algunos accesorios y siempre se cambian 2 o 3 veces y quedan de avisar cuando llegue (esto nunca sucede), como cliente uno entiende que está un poco retrasado los pedidos, pero se extienden hasta 2 meses más, y al momento que regresas para ver si ya llego el accesorio en algunas ocasiones parece que se molestan. Espero que puedan revisar este tema, ya que no es la 1era vez que me sucede. Regarding the bicycles very well, unfortunately the customer service from the staff is quite bad.
