★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay diferentes tipos de entrenamiento, desde ejercicios funcionales, Espartanos y especialmente estos no he visto en Oaxaca otro lugar con el espacio suficiente o la estructura para hacer este tipo de ejercicios, con llantas, escaleras, soga, pasamanos de adulto y mucho más.
Además incluye otras disciplinas bastante Interesantes como calistenia, danza aérea y box.
También puedes entrenar tipo CrossFit y también tiene un espacio con algunas máquinas de gimnasio.
There are different types of training, from functional exercises, Spartans and especially these I have not seen in Oaxaca another place with enough space or structure to do this type of exercise, with tires, stairs, rope, adult handrails and much more.
It also includes other very interesting disciplines such as calisthenics, aerial dance and boxing.
You can also train CrossFit type and it also has a space with some gym machines.
