★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general buena experiencia. Pero... PÉEEESIMA ACTITUD de las 2 chavas que trabajaron hoy 13 de enero de 2022 por la tarde en cajas. Tengo problemas para salir, el scanner no identificaba mi credencial y ambas solo ignoran, aún solicitando su ayuda directamente. Que pena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No crean todo lo que les dicen al comprar su membresía les bajan la luna y las estrellas y después les dicen que no fue así y peor si el personal que les vendió ya no trabaja ahí porque en automático se deslindan diciendo que esa persona ya no trabaja para ellos, y lo que aún deja muy mal a Sportium es que se atrevan a decir que has metido a tu hija a escondidas viéndoles la cara !! Perdón ??….. que raro y a 3 meses de que termine mi membresía pésimo que te vean la cara !!!! Capaciten al personal que tienen en recepción , aparte de déspotas creen que les debes la vida, que triste pensar que comprar una membresía familiar con ustedes era lo mejor cuando hay más opciones .

Train the staff you have at reception, apart from despots they think you owe them your life, how sad to think that buying a family membership with you was the best when there are more options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente centro deportivo, cuenta con la alberca qué esta siempre limpia y tiene múltiples actividades incluidas, el gimnasio no se satura mucho, eso entre 8 y 9am

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelentes instalaciones para ejercitarse, se satura en horarios de mayor afluencia pero siempre se puede hacer ejercicio sin problemas. Clases de todo tipo, alberca, gym, canchas de fut y basket. Tal vez podrían mejorar la atención de algunos empleados e instructores sobre las actividades.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal de recepción es muy poco atento, cuando uno les pide información respecto al gimnasio o de alguna actividad referente, siempre son muy escuetos y cortantes, los vestidores de hombres en la zona de los lavamanos siempre huele muy mal (orines) esto porque los mingitorio a pesar de estar limpio no le colocan aromatizantes y los instructores como en la mayoría de los gimnasios solo se acercan a interactuar con socias del club (solo con algunas en particular). Podrían dar un excelente servicio pero dejan mucho que desear
