★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baños con falta de mantenimiento, no hay servicio de toallas, distribución pésima, no sé cómo pueden tener tantas estrellas, visiten otros clubs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelentes instalaciones y la atención del personal es muy amable y puntual. Casi nunca hay mucha gente, por lo que puedes estar tranquilo y usar los equipos sin problema.
Excellent facilities and staff care is very friendly and punctual. Almost there are never a lot of people, so you can be calm and use the equipment without problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta mucho, el personal es muy amable, las clases me encantan, únicamente los trampolines de la clase de power jump ya están desgastados y algunos sin todos los resortes, urge cambio.
I like it a lot, the staff is very friendly, I love the classes, only the trampolines of the power jump class are already worn out and some without all the springs, it is urgent to change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si está muy bonito, te dan toallas, tienen centrifuga para que no te lleves el traje de baño mojado pero la razón para darle pocas estrellas es que no respetan las promociones que te venden, en mi caso particular con el invitado extra me dieron 6 meses contratando anualidad en agosto con el resto del año gratis para el invitado y si acaso le permitieron la entrada 1 mes, se tardaron todo el semestre en arreglarlo y me hablaron el 30 de diciembre para decirme que no procedía, "lo siento" pero te doy 5 pases extra... ? Mientras ya había pagado mi anualidad aún así me cobraron mensualidad!!! Y en fin, toda la logística, cobranza, y administración es deprimente... Les quedan muy grandes las buenas instalaciones que tienen...
If it's very nice, they give you towels, they have a centrifuge so you don't take your wet swimsuit but the reason for giving it few stars is that they don't respect the promotions they sell you, in my particular case with the extra guest they gave me 6 months hiring an annuity in August with the rest of the year free for the guest and if they allowed him entry for 1 month, they took the whole semester to fix it and they called me on December 30 to tell me that it was not appropriate, "sorry" but I'll give you 5 extra passes... ? While I had already paid my annuity they still charged me a monthly fee!!! And finally, all the logistics, collection, and administration is depressing... They are too big for the good facilities they have...
