★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El staff en la entrada es lo peor. Groseros y prepotentes. Regaderas y alberca asquerosas. Pasan 3 meses y el sauna y vapor no funcionan, apagan el aire acondicionado del área de spinning.
 The staff at the entrance is the worst. Rude and pushy. Filthy showers and pool. 3 months pass and the sauna and steam do not work, they turn off the air conditioning in the spinning area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está Super descuidado el lugar. Los baños están descuidados, sucios, mal funcionamiento. El agua de la alberca siempre esta blanca. Los carriles son muy estrechos. Feo lugar. El problema es que es el único sw cerca de lomas verdes
The place is super run down. The toilets are neglected, dirty, malfunctioning. The pool water is always white. The lanes are very narrow. ugly place. The problem is that it is the only SW near Lomas Verdes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy malo para cobrar más de $2,000 al mes. Solo hay 2 bancos de 90° y uno reclinable. A cada rato tienen broncas con Lavartex por lo que seguido no tienen toallas chicas ni grandes; el servicio en recepción es muuuuy lento (solo tienen 2 personas por lo general) y constantemente se descomponen los torniquetes de entrada por lo que entrar también es un rollo. De la alberca ni hablemos, cada vez menos gente la usamos porque el agua está TURBIA.
De verdad que lástima que cerró Sport City Lomas Verdes, nos cobraban lo mismo y no hay punto de comparación.
Too bad to charge more than $2,000 a month. There are only 2 90° benches and one reclining. Every now and then they have fights with Lavartex for which they often do not have small or large towels; the service at reception is sooooo slow (they only have 2 people usually) and the entrance turnstiles are constantly breaking down so getting in is also a pain. Let's not even talk about the pool, fewer and fewer people use it because the water is CLOUDY.
It really is a shame that Sport City Lomas Verdes closed, they charged us the same and there is no point of comparison.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los horarios del viernes, sábado y domingo me parecen muy poco accesibles. Sin embargo, es un gimnasio muy limpio. Te ofrecen shampoo, acondicionador y jabón para el cuerpo, lo cuál me parece algo muy práctico.
The hours of Friday, Saturday and Sunday seem very inaccessible to me. However, it is a very clean gym. They offer you shampoo, conditioner and body soap, which I find very practical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costo beneficio bien, me gusta que tengan muchas actividades para los niños, la alberca necesita limpieza, ya las paredes comienzan a verse sucias, importante por favor inviertanle a las regaderas de los baños de los niños, ya sea que faltan y las que hay se sale el agua de la manguera y termina uno que baña a sus niños todo mojado, otro tema por favor compren toallas, odio y es somos varios que te limiten a una toalla y si tenemos suerte te toca una chica, caramba y luego tenemos que esperar a los chicos de mostradores que están en llamada o distraídos para que te den una y cuidado si pides otra porque solo es una por cliente, inviertanle en esos detalles y mejoraran la experiencia de sus clientes actuales y de los nuevos que pudieran entrar. También las regaderas de los baños de los hombres todas las mamparas de cristal están super descuidadas por falta de buena limpieza, son detalles que su personal puede mejorar siempre y cuando tengan las herramientas y supervision adecuada. Si a tienden esos detalles sería un excelente club costo beneficio.
