★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es que todo estaba bien, llegué 20 minutos antes de mi cita, me pasaron, la persona que me. Atendió de forma inmediata me reviso documentación y me pidió esperar, había poca gente, me llamaron para la foto a los 15 minutos, muy amables, me tomaron datos, fotos y me indicaron espere, todo excelente, pero la personas (señora mal encarada) que me iba a entregar los. Documentos y teniendo la pluma en la mano me dice '' aqui no prestamos plumas'' ( me quede con cara de????) todos los documentos que había firmado para el trámite, me prestaron su pluma, y esta señora de forma prepotente, y con la pluma en la mano, se negó, obvio no traía pluma, tuve que salir corriendo y preguntando, tarde en regresar 30 minutos, que pena que permitan que un trámite realizado por. Personas eficientes se manche por una servidora de cuarta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que padre encontrar dependencias como SER Iztacalco, el trato es muy amable, todos están haciendo su trabajo y atendiendo a las personas con eficiencia, en menos de una hora (si llevas todos tus documentos, acta de nacimiento te recomiendo que lleves la que te dan en las oficinas del registro civil, copia de identificación, copia de curp, tu comprobante de cita y el pago de los derechos, todo en copia blanco y negro tamaño carta) Nota: no lleves accesorios en la cara, ve con cabello arreglado y que tu cara esté despejada al igual que tus oídos, si usas lentes de contacto de color no los lleves aunque sean con graduación, te harán retirartelos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi cita era 9:50, llegué a las 9:05 y me pasaron rápido, en cada filtro me lleve menos de 15 minutos, en menos de 1 hora tenía mi pasaporte.
El personal es muy amable, deben llevar su pluma negra para evitar cualquier situación, existe un control debido a la pandemia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a tramitar mi pasaporte por primera vez, me atendieron rápido, son amables en cada filtro al que pasas, me tardé aproximadamente 40 minutos haciendo todo el trámite (entregar documentos, tomar la fotografía, corroborar datos y esperar a que me dieran el pasaporte).
Si hay un control debido a la pandemia.
Si piensas ir, te recomiendo lleves una pluma negra (también hay un aviso sobre eso en la entrada de las oficinas)
