★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor experience, although most of the staff is friendly and attentive, the hotel policies doesn’t help guests have a good experience. If you reserve a front beach suite, then you are first class guest, otherwise you are a second class one. You can use any of the hotel facilities or beach beds which are not reserved for first class guests (no matter you as a second class guest are paying $750 USD a night) so basically the leftovers
Connecting rooms have so thin doors you will be hearing all of you neighbors conversations (and they yours)
Breakfast is dreadful they can’t get a Benedict eggs right for the love of god
Stay somewhere else, the Four Seasons is a much better option

You will be mesmerized by the beauty of this resort and the exceptional service that comes with it. Best way to describe this place in two words "next level "!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice property but starting to show its age. Had a great ocean view dlx room with nice view over the adult pool and ocean. Deducting 2 stars for allowing guests to claim their sunbeds with magazines at sunrise. Seriously?
