★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient location to Sun Country departures. Easy to select to purchase items, Staff is friendly. All the condiments and napkins are found behind the staff counter. We purchase two sandwiches. Both sandwiches; the bread was very dry and crumbled when biting into them. Two Sandwiches, $15.62.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people working here are unprofessional and lack basic product knowledge. I ordered a latte and an americano. Both items are on their menu. At first, I was given 2 lattes, one of them the wrong size. I asked for an americano that I ordered instead. Then they gave me a black coffee. I thought there was a language barrier so I confirmed that it is in fact an americano; the person behind the counter answered squarely that it is. I had to move on to my gate so didn't have the time to double check. It turned out to be a black coffee (that I just paid CDN$6 for)
Avoid Star Island Cafe if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uhhh be careful with your change! In the Star Island next to the B20 the boy at the desk just want to keep 0,90$ from a payment of 3$! Too high tip he takes from himself! Then that makes the service become slow while I’m asking him to explain how come suddenly I lose 1$ for a difference of 2pesos..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Matcha frappe tastes like vanilla, NOT like matcha. Conveniently located near gates. Service was smiley and kind. Prices are standard (pricey) for an airport, even a Mexican one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. They charge you for 3 oz of hot water to warm a baby bottle. We were in a hurry with a hungry baby so we had no choice, but if you can avoid the place, by all means, do.
