★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I LOVE IT, WE RENTED THE CAR WITH THE GENTLEMAN NAME MARCOS HERNANDEZ 6DAYS FOR A REASONABLE PRICE. HE EXPLAIN STEP BY STEP THE TERMS AND CONDITION THE ROADS AND WERE TO VISIT VERY GOOD ATTENTION. WE CAME IN A LITTLE EARLY TO PICK UP THE CAR AND HE WAS HELPFUL AND HAD THE CAR READY TO GO. LOVE THE GOOD WORK. WILL COME BACK NEXT YEAR TO RENT CAR WITH HIM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would never take a car from them again! On return they wanted to charge me about 70USD for filling up the car. Lucky enough I've took a picture of the petrol when I was taking the car so they couldn't overcharge me and charged me just 20USD. However the worst is happening now. They supposed to return my 100USD damage deposit back in November and they never did! I've called them, I sent an email and I am just being ignored now.. I have been told they send it and deal with my bank which I did, but it's impossible to prove you haven't received anything. They never send me any prove of sending the money back which is easy to prove and now nobody cares once you leave Mexico.. I will never use this company again and especially don't trust the guy behind the desk - Marcos Jimenez. It's a ripp off!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marcos Jimenez HDE aka Hernandez is a crook!!!!! Absolutely do not pay a 2,500 USD yes USD deposit!!!!!! He will tell you he is upgrading you for free he's not. He will tell you that you online booking is wrong, its not. He may charge a drop off fee, it's false. To cover himself lied to Travelocity!!! My original receipt has one price, the end receipt has another and I was charged something else!!! Smh
