★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have No vegan optional. Not even vegetable milk without added sugar. Very dissapointing. They are loads of foreigners who are choosing somewhere else to eat/drink because of this reason. You should add options for EVERYONE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi una dona ,me dio una dona congelado. ..Pues le pedi calentarla, su actitud me puso muy incomodo y antes de preguntar si ya viene mi dona o no, hasta en ese momento ella todavia no ha preparado mi menu.. , Como si no pagara nada por mi menu.. it was the worst experience i have ever had in mexico. Actually i am a foreigner here .. though.. i really wanted to meet manager here. I ve been many countries for traveling , i can say that here is the worst starbucks i have ever been..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally understaffed on a Saturday morning. The dining area was dirty with few places to sit because so many tables had dirty plates and cups. Service was slow because of so few staff. Management, come on!
My Panini Classico was so so.

They didn't take my order even they noticed I was in front of the cashier.
One of the partner took my order, but he didn't say any hello to me.
Well, I don't care about that, I thought they were busy, so I could understand.
What make me feel worse was that he made the payment, he didn't complete it. Just took my money, and then he started to make a beverage.
Why he didn't put it in the cashier? Is that too difficult to do so? I was at a loss of words. I just saw what he would do next. Another staff came to the cashier and asked me to pay.
I was so uncomfortable and the most horrible Starbucks I've ever visited in CDMX.
I really want to ask about one more thing.
What means the "A" sign of my cup holder?
They didn't ask my name, and just wrote down it. Super horrible experience and of course I won't visit here again. Even if there were only one starbucks all around the world, and this is the last one.
