Los empleadxs (y más las empleadas) atendían de mala gana, entiendo que estén cansados pero por algo trabajan y por algo se les paga, están ahí para dar un buen servicio al cliente y el día de hoy mi familia y yo no lo tuvimos, primera y última vez que vamos. I went today and they took a long time to give me my order, apparently they did not pay attention to the orders or they put them as if they had already been delivered. The employees (and more the employees) attended reluctantly, I understand that they are tired but for something they work and for something they are paid, they are there to give good customer service and today my family and I did not have it, first and last time we go.

Los Smoothies muuuuuy mal hechos, ADJUNTO FOTO, al parecer solo frapean el hielo, le ponen Tang y muchísima azúcar, solo había visto tan malos Smoothies en @sanborns. Tan solo ha pasado 2 minutos y el agua ya se separó del hielo. ? I felt discriminated against, because they did not let me enter the second floor, and then other people who came after me were allowed to pass, so I had to ask to take away, ZERO ECOFRIENDLY how you can see in the photo. The smoothies sooo badly made, ATTACHMENT PHOTO, apparently they only chip the ice, put Tang and a lot of sugar, I had only seen so bad Smoothies in @sanborns. It has only been 2 minutes and the water has already separated from the ice. ?

El servicio es un poquitín lento, ojalá fueran más rápidos me imagino por que son nuevos. Pero un lugar agradable con personal muy amable. The facilities are new, the staff is very attentive from the moment you arrive if they have hygiene safety measures. The service is a bit slow, I wish they were faster I imagine because they are new. But a nice place with very friendly staff.
