★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quise comprar unos tennis que tenían promoción y aparte el 50% de descuento pegado en el tennis, sin embargo ya una vez que ya los había comprado y sin salir de la tienda, me di cuenta de que me pusieron el 30% de descuento, cuando les mostré la etiqueta de el descuento me dijeron que estaban equivocados y que NO me lo iban a respetar, entonces pedí devolverlos, más ya no me lo permitieron por la promoción. Osea primero no me aceptaron en descuento, y luego ni me dejaron devolverlos, cero servicio al cliente.
I wanted to buy some tennis shoes that had promotion and apart from the 50% discount attached to the tennis, however, once I had already bought them and without leaving the store, I realized that they put me 30% discount, when I showed them the discount label they told me that they were wrong and that they were NOT going to respect me, so I asked to return them, but they no longer allowed me for the promotion. I mean they didn't accept me at a discount first, and then they didn't let me return them, zero customer service.
