Very comfortable place to stay for a reasonable price. If you want to sleep in a clean, nice and comfortable place it is super option.

P	Peter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't stay here after I was ghosted by the proprietor. I had contacted him by phone and confirmed a reservation (in an attempt to bypass multinational intermediaries), and then I had to find new accommodation when I arrived.
D	David Torres on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and secure place, and minutes away from hotel zone, plenty of parking as well if you rent a car. Owner was very helpful as well. Will be back for my next stay for sure.

It's away from the crazy touristy hotel zone and more downtown Cancun. However... it's incredibly noisy... The comfort of your stay will be entirely dependent on your neighbors. Prepare yourself to be waken up by the alarm of your neighbor, listen to their conversations, tune in to their music or enjoy their sexy-time noises during the night. Not the sounds you want to hear after a long flight or with a heavy jet-leg. Also doors are slamming and dogs bark non-stop outside ... but than again your in Latin America so those street sounds are not unacceptable. There so no night staff so if you want to do something about the noise prepare to deal with this on your own. If your a light sleeper I would reconsider!
