★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything about this hotel was upper scale. The views of the city Pretty. The bed sheets and the towels smell clean and are very soft. The free breakfast was excellent and I plan on reserving here on my next stay in Guadalajara.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible experience. Brand new hotel. The staff attention to detail was excellent. There are many restaurants within a 1-3 block walk. The rooms are well appointed and extremely quiet.
Mayra at the front desk was a pleasure to have take care of all our needs.
I would definitely stay there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying here for over a month, best decision ever! Breakfasts are included, which is huge for me! All the rooms have a fully equipped kitchenette, (love that they include dishwasher), there is a washing machine center next ro the gym (kinda forces me to exercise while I wait). Tues- Wed-Thus there is a social hour downstairs which basically includes a light dinner, perfect if you don’t want to go out.
Reading area downstairs, near to restaurants and stores- loved the location. Definitively recommend it and will stay here anytime I come back to this fun city !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best hotel I've been of the ihg group. It is new, clean, great location to visit the city, shopping and restaurants around the hotel great as well. This will definitely be my place to stay if visiting Gdl for any reason. Staff are all welcoming. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. Laundry facility is a plus. Thanks for your wonderful service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. Reception was amazing . Nothing was ever dusted. The front of the kitchen cabinets were filthy with stains. As was the closest door . Bathroom shower was never cleaned. Only the sink. Time spent in room was max ten minutes. Sprayed floor and used same mop from other rooms. Couldn’t walk barefoot in the room without black feet. Or possibly a bacteria of sorts. Reception and kitchen staff were the only accommodating staff. A few times my room wasn’t even cleaned (if that’s what you want to call it) will not be returning and sadly cannot recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I had an incredible 20 day stay at the hotel. It was clean, comfortable and had an incredible buffet breakfast included in the price. An added bonus were three social nights in which free drinks and snacks were provided to guests in the common area. The staff was incredible with Rosie, Teri and Edgar going beyond the call of duty to make us feel at home. My wife and I come from Canada to Guadalajara several times a year and in the future we intend to return to this hotel. We recommend it most highly.
