★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace 6 meses compré un cable para conectar el celular por USB, el cable ya no carga el teléfono y al acudir para solicitar garantía por el producto, me dicen que en primer lugar no sobrepasa los 600.00 de compra y en segundo lugar que solo tiene 2 meses de garantía.
Se supone que ellos manufactura sus propios productos y deberían de garantizarlos.
Simplemente los tire a la basura y tuve que comprar otros, obviamente que con ellos ya no.
Creo que un cliente insatisfecho, independiente que sea yo, es un cliente menos y muchos más, ya que las recomendaciones de boca en boca, son más fuertes que la publicidad.
6 months ago I bought a cable to connect the cell phone by USB, the cable no longer charges the phone and when I went to request a guarantee for the product, they told me that in the first place it did not exceed 600.00 of purchase and secondly that it only had 2 months warranty.
They are supposed to manufacture their own products and they should guarantee them.
I just threw them away and had to buy others, obviously not with them anymore.
I believe that a dissatisfied client, regardless of me, is one less client and many more, since word of mouth recommendations are stronger than advertising.
