Hoy llegué a cambiarla a las 8:20 PM y ya estaba cerrado cuando se supone deberían de cerrar a las 8:40 PM y no me quisieron hacer el cambio I bought a scale and it did not work well. F	Fabian Muñoz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steren nunca se ha caracterizado por la calidad de sus productos y tampoco ha sido parte de su plan de negocio. Pienso que mas bien han optado por adquirir (probablemente de maquila asática) lo mas económico para luego ponerle la marca y comercializarlo. Mi problema con Steren es que los productos que salen con defecto no los retiran de su inventario sin que al contrario, arreglan el embalaje y los ponen nuevamente a la venta. En mas una ocasión me han entregado productos que fallan y a pesar de que si me los han cambiado me parece de una ética muy deplorable que sigan teniendo este tipo de prácticas comerciales. Mi recomendación es que sí van a comprar algún producto de Steren sea porque de verdad esta muy barato y han decidio aceptar alto el riesgo de que no funcione correctamente. Steren has never been characterized by the quality of its products and has not been part of its business plan. I think that rather they have chosen to acquire (probably of asatic maquila) the most economical and then put the brand and market it. My problem with Steren is that the products that come out with defect do not remove them from their inventory without, on the contrary, fixing the packaging and putting them on sale again. On more than one occasion they have given me products that fail and although they have changed them, I think it is a very deplorable ethic that they continue to have this type of business practices. My recommendation is that they are going to buy a Steren product because it is really very cheap and they have decided to accept the risk of not working properly.

Te saben asesorar y guiar cuando estas haciendo una compra importante, como yo que compre una cámara para el exterior de mi casa. Tanto en Aleira como en Valle REal les falta la actitud de servicio!!! por q tenemos que toparnos con esta gente q esta para atender y no atiende y encima son pedantes??? Esto empezará a cambiar el dia q subamos nuestro nivel educativo cultural y de calidad gente q no sirva fuera! y asi la proxima persona se la pensara antes de ser igual porq ira al despido! por eso las cosas como estan, piensan q nos hacen un favor cuando somos los clientes los q compramos y con ese sueldo les pagan por un servicio q no dan!! Que perdida de tiempo!!! Consegui a mejor precio y mejor trato lo q buscaba en otra tienda bye!
