Pedimos la comida de hoy y se tardaron casi 2 hrs en traer el pedido y para colmo me faltaron 2 platillos ? era para comer no para cenar y de todas formas me quedé sin comer porque lo mío no llego, ahh pero si esta cobrado ? no lo recomiendo para nada porque si tienes un problema solo se escudaran con que los tiempos de las apps no son su responsabilidad.

We ordered today's food and it took almost 2 hours to bring the order and to top it off I was missing 2 dishes ? it was for lunch not for dinner and anyway I was left without eating because mine didn't arrive, ahh but it's charged ? no I recommend it at all because if you have a problem they will only hide behind the fact that the times of the apps are not their responsibility.

Soya para dar el color que es frito, en el menú dice que trae pulpo (inexistente) camarón (la Maruchan trae más) Tampico no trae, la verdad en sabor es una masa como engrudo que estás comiendo, pedí un vita roll y lo mismo en sabor, es un engrudo, no vuelvo a comprar ahí.
OKUMA VS STICKS si se ve la diferencia.

Me encantaba este lugar por la comida pero el servicio es pésimo. En sucursal tlaquepaque en servicio a domicilio aparte de que tardan en atenderte ni te preguntan que si soya con o sin chile en ocasiones me ha tocado que no te dan. Esta última vez lo pedí por WhatsApp y fue igual, pedí un sushi con combo no me lo dieron, me enviaron otras cosas, tardaron prácticamente una hora y estoy a una cuadra.

I loved this place for the food but the service is lousy. At the Tlaquepaque branch in home delivery apart from the fact that they take time to serve you or ask you if soy with or without chili has sometimes happened to me that they do not give you. This last time I asked for it through WhatsApp and it was the same, I asked for a sushi with a combo, they didn't give it to me, they sent me other things, it took almost an hour and I'm a block away.
