★ ★ ★ ★ ★ StinTance es una compañía de danza que cuenta con clases presenciales y online de ballet, acondicionamiento físico y entrenamiento para puntas. Lo que más me gusta es que puedes tomar las clases siendo adulto, y te dan todas las herramientas para comenzar a fortalecer el cuerpo.
Las clases están diseñadas para trabajar cada parte del cuerpo, al igual que comenzar a desarrollar la presencia escénica.
No es necesario que tengas antecedentes en el ballet, y en cada clase vas mejorando. Los cambios son contundentes y los puedes observar hasta en la forma en que caminas o te mueves por la vida.
Altamente recomendable.
StinTance is a dance company that offers face-to-face and online classes in ballet, physical conditioning, and pointe-training. What I like the most is that you can take the classes as an adult, and they give you all the tools to start strengthening your body.
Classes are designed to work on each part of the body, as well as begin to develop stage presence.
You don't have to have a ballet background, and each class you improve. The changes are overwhelming and you can see them even in the way you walk or move through life.
