Me hicieron gastar 2000 pesos en un tratamiento de sus productos que tienen en tienda y aparte el supuesto “balayage” me lo cobraron en 4000 (pagué en total 6000 pesos) me atendió Erick y me dejo el cabello como chicle ? llore mares cuando me decoloró y me peinaba, de verdad fue horribleeee duré 9 horas ahí para que me lo dañaran todo! Me hicieron firmar un contrato antes de... si no los hubiera demandado con profeco! Ese tal Erick no sabe ni lo que hace y súper fea gente le vale si te duele y vamos a qué sabía lo que estaba haciendo con mi cabello ? de verdad no se los recomiendo para tinturado!
Girls to get dyed do not go! They made me spend 2000 pesos on a treatment of their products that they have in the store and apart from the supposed "balayage" they charged me at 4000 (I paid a total of 6000 pesos) Erick attended me and left my hair like bubble gum ? llore mares when it bleached me and I combed my hair, it was really horrible I lasted 9 hours there so they would damage everything! They made me sign a contract before ... if I hadn't sued them with profeco! That Erick guy doesn't even know what he's doing and super ugly people are worth it if it hurts and let's go to what he knew what he was doing with my hair ? I really don't recommend them for coloring!

me dieron cita a cierta hora, llegue 15 minutos antes y no me atendían pasando la hora de mi cita, para que dan citas SI NO VAN A ATENDER A LA HORA, QUE FALTA DE SERIEDAD, además que para semejante salón y SOLAMENTE 1 EMPLEADA, que estaba platicando con una clienta, sin importarle que yo agendé cita.
ADEMAS ES MUY CARO PARA LO QUE ES, NO LO VALE Y MENOS POR SU PESIMO SERVICIO.
Son una broma este establecimiento patito. NO tiren su dinero .
TERRIBLE SERVICE
They gave me an appointment at a certain time, I arrived 15 minutes before and they did not attend me after my appointment time, why do they give appointments IF THEY ARE NOT GOING TO ATTEND AT THE TIME, THAT LACK OF SERIOUSNESS, besides that for such a room and ONLY 1 EMPLOYEE, that I was talking with a client, not caring that I made an appointment.
ALSO IT IS VERY EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS, IT IS NOT WORTH IT AND LESS FOR ITS AWFUL SERVICE.
They are a joke this duckling establishment. DO NOT throw your money away.
