★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su Pancha Madre was one of my favourite dining experiences over my 2 weeks in San Pancho (which in general has many delicious food options). I tried 4 different sopes and all were flavourful, unique, and delicious. The outdoor arrangement is lovely in the evening and Mao, the owner, is welcoming, kind and great to talk to: he is a man driven by passion and that is very evident in the quality of his food! The price is very reasonable, the quality is top and the ambiance great. Just try it, you will not regret.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place shouldn't be missed on a trip through San Pancho. I only happened to find it by chance but am glad I did. Delicious and unique sopes with constantly changing specials. The meat options were all delicious but the veggie focused ones were especially good. I ended up going twice, once for breakfast and another day for dinner... I wish my trip was longer so I could have gone again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best food I have aten in San Pancho so far, delicious Sopas! The toppings of the Sopas are so fresh and incredible delicious. And Mao the owner is so friendly and welcoming, this is a project with passion, definitely :-) Highly recommended when you're in town, you won't regret it. It's also not expensive but high quality - don't miss it :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gourmet Sope with wonderful, feel at home service. Try the "magic juice" a different flavor daily. Recommend also trying the four different sopes - I particularly liked the one with chorizo and the other one with mushroom. Mao is an amazing host!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful and delicious sopes! We tried the streak, shrimp, tuna and mushroom. They were all creatively prepared and presented and super yummy. The owner and creator, Mao is friendly and passionate. Very charming ambiance, sharing a space with another food truck (dogz and burgers). They also serve a delicious breakfast!
