Fui a comprar un sub y no había pan, y me dijeron que estaría listo hasta dentro de una hora o más ¿Cómo es que la administración no prevé eso? Hace dos semanas también fui por un sub del día y no iba a alcanzar el ingrediente para hacerlo, le pedí una alternativa al chico que me atendió y dijo "pues pida otro" de manera tajante. Y ya por último, tenía muy pocos ingredientes para agregar a mi sub. Mala actitud de los que trabajan allí, distraídos y descuidados en cuanto a limpieza. No vuelvo hasta que cambien ese personal y su actitud. Terrible service I've had the last three times I've been, and today was the drop that spilled the glass. I went to buy a sub and there was no bread, and they told me that I would be ready for another hour or more. How is it that the administration does not foresee that? Two weeks ago I also went for a sub of the day and I was not going to reach the ingredient to do it, I asked for an alternative to the boy who attended me and said "well ask for another" in a sharp way. And finally, I had very few ingredients to add to my sub. Bad attitude of those who work there, distracted and careless about cleanliness. I won't be back until they change that staff and their attitude.

Deberían cerrar esta sucursal. No recomiendo para nada comer aquí WRONG experience too expensive for what you get, spoiled ingredients, cold food, disgusting hygiene. They didn't have all the subs on the menu. They should close this branch. I do not recommend eating here at all

El único detalle fue la falta de un vegetal porque había mucha gente (es comprensible) se termino; pero en general todo lo contrario a los comentarios pasados. I came with very bad expectations for the comments but I think that the staff changed, excellent experience, very friendly staff and prompt service. The only detail was the lack of a vegetable because there were many people (it is understandable) it was over; but in general the opposite of past comments.

The worst salad they have prepared for me in subway, the size of a cup and they charged the price of a large sub plus 11 additional pesos, besides all the sugary drinks, they had no water, which disappointment never again.

Supongo que estaba en entrenamiento el chico que me atendió porque le pidió ayuda a la señora que estaba también atendiendo.. En fin. Llego a la caja para pagar y le digo a la señora que quería comer en el comedor pero me lo dio para llevar. Se nota su falta de capacitación para la hora de la comida, y la falta de profesionalismo al comentar en frente de clientes que los encargados para llevar eran los culpables de que las ventas bajaran.. Pero bueno, prefiero otras sucursales a ésta... I give it a 2 because only the quality of the dishes of the franchise is respected here. I guess I was in training the boy who took care of me because he asked for help from the lady who was also attending ... Anyway. Le dije que no queria que se me revolvieran los ingredientes y le valió! Los preparo horrible! No pregunto si caliente o tostado! Y los dejo demasiado dorados! Al final cuando por fin se le dio su gana partirlos! Los partio tan mal! Que unos me los dio de un tamaño mini! Y otros mas grandes! Además que al de pollo parmesano ni siquiera le puso la salsa! Pésimo servicio! Deja mucho que desear! Terrible service I ordered 5 subway of 15 cms from the beginning did everything wrong! I don't cut bread!
