 The advisor was unapproachable, zero empathy. At no point did he give me options. As he did not care if he attended me or not, I went through 2 situations and both practically answered them alone. Terrible service...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy no tomaron la temperatura al entrar, lo cual es de suma importancia, trate con tres personas: el de ventanilla y dos asesores, uno de ellos muy grosero y déspota, debían llamarle la atención y finalmente no dan soluciones eficaces, muy mal.

Terrible bank, terrible attention, slow service and ATMs in poor condition, it swallowed my money and it took me days to get it back, Santander is the worst and boy, had I had bad experiences with other banks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primero, no te dicen que exclusivamente en esa sucursal tienes que escanear el código para poder entrar, y si llevas 1 hora ahí, pues ya perdiste tu lugar. Se me hace muy injusto porque hay persona mayores que no saben usar su Qr y aparte no son claros.
Dos, para sacar una cuenta de nómina solo de lunes a viernes, como creen, si hay personas que trabajan todos los días, y el único día que pueden es el sábado.
Muy mal la atención al cliente.
First, they don't tell you that only at that branch you have to scan the code to enter, and if you've been there for 1 hour, then you've already lost your place. It is very unfair to me because there are older people who do not know how to use their Qr and apart from that they are not clear.
Two, to take out a payroll account only from Monday to Friday, as they believe, if there are people who work every day, and the only day they can is Saturday.
Very bad customer service.
