Muy buena opción para disfrutar de tu estancia en Puerto Escondido. Nice place, very quiet, the pool is very good, the staff are very friendly and the location is excellent. Very good option to enjoy your stay in Puerto Escondido.

Los empleados son muy buenos. Lo único que diría es que necesitan tratar/ limpiar lo que parece un tipo de hongo creciendo en los habitaciones de abajo. No recuerdo cuál pero una si tiene mucho y me dió mucha alergia. Les dije entonces me imagino que lo van a reparar pero si tienen alergias sería bueno pedir un cuarto alta plana You can bring your pet, the pool is very clean, the breakfasts are tasty and they bring you to the room. I have stayed here 3 times in the last 6 months because I love it! The employees are very good. The only thing I would say is that they need to treat / clean what looks like a type of fungus growing in the rooms below. I don't remember which one but one has a lot and it gave me a lot of allergies. I told them then I imagine they are going to repair it but if they have allergies it would be good to ask for a flat high room

S	Shlomo Behar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel from Hell..... 1) When we first checked in they requested to see my credit card, I told them I've already paid they said they wont charge me. When I happened to check my bank account several days later, I got charged twice....still trying to resolve this. 2) The hotel description said Air Conditioning in bedrooms. When we got to the room, the A/C wasn't working, we told reception it wasn't working, they told us that the fan should be enough for us. Finally after arguing with them for about 20 mins they agreed to move us to a different bungalow. (Mind you, there were at least 4 other empty bungalows, not sure why the fuss) 3) The following morning we sat at breakfast and expected to receive our inclusive breakfast as per the description on the website. The staff informed us we had to pay for breakfast, again, this was so embarrassing that we had to explain to the staff that breakfast was included. They demanded to see our booking confirmation, we did and also showed them the website. The staff still refused to give us breakfast claiming that they were not responsible for what was written on the website. We asked to speak to the manager and eventually the staff agreed to give us breakfast (I'll put money on it that they spat in our food). I would never stay at this place again and recommend to all travellers, stay far away from here.
