★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had stayed here for 3 months.. the room service was good.. the receptionist and the security guard were helpful in arranging laundry service, taxi service and also guides you in and around the city where and how to go...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I stayed here for a week (in different rooms).
At two different occasions, they didn't leave towels in the rooms. One day my friend had to go down three times to have his keys fixed so that he could enter his room.
Taking a shower? The water is hit or miss: it seems about almost half of the time you get very low pressure water, just a trickle (at least in the top floor).
The stroke that really broke the camel's back was that one night (at about 2am) the elevator broke down and started making a lot of noise (the doors kept opening and closing very loudly, with a crash, every five seconds). This lasted all night! I could hardly get any sleep. Calling the lobby didn't help: they just helpfully informed me there was nothing they could do but wait for the electrician to come fix it next day. Horrible.
Other than that, okayish. Good/central location. The internet worked pretty well (better than in other hotels we stayed in in Mexico) and the staff was very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful awful hotel. Tiny rooms. No exterior facing windows. NOOOO sound insulation. Our room was on the lobby floor and at 11pm it turned into a loud party. Our room also connected to a utility room and had a connected window. When their light was on, light was on in our room. Stay away from the hotel. The photos are grossly misleading.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and comfortable, but they could do a bit better on maintenance. Towel rack was loose and bathroom door damaged. Single bed rooms are quite small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and with the basic room amenities (good bed and bathroom, AC/heat, TV, etc). Internet is decent for work. However, room is a bit compact and somewhat noisy if located on the street side. Even though it has no food service, several restaurants are on the same street. Service-wise, Suites Lerma are more on the OK-only group (front-desk guys didn't seem happy to do check-in and out, or to give recommendation and guidance about the neighborhood) . Therefore, the rating. Taking some time to look on the web for a promotion at a 4-stars hotel nearby could get you a better price deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considering the cost, it is awesome. Great neighborhood and very safe. Rooms are tiny but they have all the needed amenities. The reception workers are very friendly. There was only one Con that did bother me a bit, the door sound insulation is terrible so you can hear everything outside. But because if the value I have to give them 5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has been a horrible experience for us. The room was noisy, staff was loud in the corridors.
The bathroom door didn't open all the way, it hit the sink.
The room had a horrible smell, we found mould in the bathroom in multiple areas.
Common hotel areas were dirty, floors, elevator doors, etc - all was a big mess.
We were only given 1 key and told that you didn't have another one. Then they gave us a physical key, but it didn't fit the door. Then we were given a different card key, but the other key stopped working. Once they activated one, the other stopped working - was a nightmare.
