★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sus organizadores Amy y Ángel se encargan de organizar eventos, pero más que eventos son experiencias increíbles, degustaciones de canapés, cenas y bebidas exquisitas y muchas recomendaciones sobre lugares en Merida, cada mes se organizan diversos eventos, como son cenas, catas de bebidas entre otros. Cuentan con un chef excelente con un muy buen sazón (Román Lázaro), y Vespern mixology que elaboran cócteles además de que puedes conocer de primera mano al proveedor de las hortalizas o la carne de tu cena y apoyan al comercio local! Son súper recomendados!!
 Its organizers Amy and Ángel are in charge of organizing events, but more than events they are incredible experiences, canapés tastings, exquisite dinners and drinks and many recommendations about places in Merida, every month various events are organized, such as dinners, drink tastings between others. They have an excellent chef with a very good seasoning (Román Lázaro), and Vespern mixology who make cocktails, plus you can get to know first-hand the supplier of the vegetables or meat for your dinner and they support the local trade! They are super recommended !!

I attended their Monday night Happy Hour Tasting where we were generously fed smart, fresh and delicious creations from the amazing chef, Roman Lazaro. The host and hostess have created a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere, bringing people together over a meal and drinks. I made new friends from the experience and look forward to attending more events at Summus!
