Pedimos hablar con el propietario y este nos mando a volar, ya las compraste, ya te fregaste. Ademas que puedes esperar del servicio posventa con esa actitud. Mecánicamente están pésimamente armadas, tuvimos que contratar a a un mecánico para poderlas usar de forma segura. Busquen otra opción, no tiren su dinero a la basura. Respuesta a la respuesta: Ningún negocio establecido y con dos dedos de decencia entregaría un producto chocado, mal pintado y con fallas mecánicas en Cluch y frenos. No quiero un descuento, quiero que me devuelvan mi dinero y se lleven sus porquerías. El profesionalismo no existe en su empresa... j	jorge luis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia que he tenido con un Motocarro que compré, no tengo ni 5 meses con el, y ya le cambié una llanta por que los frenos venían mal, la bateria, toda la tornillería suelta, de hecho se quebraron los tornillos que agarran el escape con la cabeza del motor, llame directamente a Gdl con el señor Juan Manuel Orozco, y me comenta que todas esas fallas son por mal uso, no entran en garantía, tienen modelos muy bonitos pero calidad muy mala. En verdad yo tenía la intención de adquirir uno o dos al año por el crecimiento de mi empresa, pero con esta experiencia no me vuelvo a parar ahí, desgraciadamente vi los malos comentarios después de pasar una mala experiencia con el Motocarro. Piensen dos veces antes de adquirir algún producto de marca SUNL, en verdad 0% recomendados. Muy arrepentido de comprar en ese lugar. No lo recomiendo. Terrible service by the people who answer the phones for hours and hours and do not solve any problem. Very sorry to buy from that place. La flecha se descompuso ya no sirvió por unos engranes que salieron defectuosos y no me hicieron válido la garantía. Ojalá hubiera visto los comentarios antes de comprar. I bought a closed cab 300cc motorcar with them and it turned out very bad for me. Every once in a while the clutch bursts and here where I live it is difficult to get that spare part.
