Será que la administración ya tomó medidas: 1) comida EXCELENTE, sobre todo en la cena, sobresalen los restaurantes de especialidades (mexicana: salpicón de pulpo, pescado a la talla, chileatole, tacos de cochina pibil, capirotada un espectáculo el café flameado; italiana: lasaña, calzone, tiramisú; internacional: crema de papa y almeja, empanadas argentina, ensalada cítrica, pastel de queso y cacao; el bufette (incluye a la carta) también muy bueno. 2) Playa: UN VERDADERO PARAÍSO, gran variedad de fauna y aún corales vivos, hay 2 estructuras dónde se concentran los peces, vimos 7 mantarrayas muy diferentes entre sí! Puedes pasar horas apreciando este mundo (extrema precauciones con el bloqueador), y todo a pasos de tu habitación. 3) Deportes acuáticos incluidos: snorquel, kayak, velero + otros con costo económico (por ejemplo, snorquel en 3 zonas, incluye El Cielo, $740). 4) Barra libre, la limonada y naranjada son naturales. 5) Habitación limpia y cómoda, muy bueno el servicio de frigobar. 6) Muy buen ambiente, no vez borrachos, mucho deportista, familias. 7) Recomiendo visitar San Gervasio y el Museo de Cozumel. Definitivamente voy e regresar, la próxima vez con toda mi familia. I was skeptical from the other reviews, but found it to be one of the best beaches for snorkeling. We stayed 5 days. It will be that the administration has already taken measures: 1) EXCELLENT food, especially at dinner, the specialty restaurants stand out (Mexican: octopus salpicón, fish to the size, chileatole, tacos de cochina pibil, capirotada a show the flamed coffee; Italian: lasagna, calzone, tiramisu; international: potato and clam cream, Argentine empanadas, citrus salad, cheese cake and cocoa; the buffet (includes à la carte) is also very good. 2) Beach: A TRUE PARADISE, great variety of fauna and even live corals, there are 2 structures where the fish are concentrated, we saw 7 very different manta rays from each other! You can spend hours appreciating this world (extreme precautions with the sunscreen), and all steps from your room. 3) Water sports included: snorkel, kayak, sailboat + others with economic cost (for example, snorkel in 3 zones, includes El Cielo, $ 740). 4) Open bar, lemonade and orangeade are natural. 5) Clean and comfortable room, minibar service very good. 6) Very good atmosphere, you don't see drunks, a lot of sportsmen, families. 7) I recommend visiting San Gervasio and the Museum of Cozumel. I will definitely go back, next time with my whole family.
A	Arq. Charly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonito lugar muy tranquilo, empleados amables, actividades divertidas, la playa bastante rocosa pero con unos zapatos para agua lo solucionas, la comida buena en general, algunos platillos no muy buenos y otros muy buenos, lo recomiendo vengan para acá.

B	Breezy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a message and hydro-therapy here in January. Hydro-therapy is a bit intense, was fine to do once but probably wouldn't do it again. The massage was nice and they take good care of you after with tea and infused water. A nice, relaxing experience while on vacation.
C	Chad Wallace on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst resort I have ever stayed at. Luckily we were there free for 3 days that is to AA. Stay in town or really anywhere but here. Food was worse than bad. Staff is nice they seem to try but they need to start over in the kitchen. Random wafts of sewage around property. 1st time I’ve ever had bad Mexican food in Mexico. Only thing edible here is the ceviche. This place is a joke.
