★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es mi carnicería predilecta. La arrachera marinada nunca decepciona, el chorizo Montreal es de mis predilectos y el chicharrón prensado muy bueno. Son muy atentos, atienden bastante rápido y si llamas así número telefónico pueden entregar a domicilio. Muy buena calidad.
It's my favorite butcher shop. The marinated flank steak never disappoints, the Montreal chorizo is one of my favorites and the pressed pork rinds very good. They are very attentive, they attend quite quickly and if you call that phone number they can deliver to your home. Very good quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para mí de la mejor carne que hay, lastima que la presentación no es la mejor, en las dos últimas veces que compre era más grasa que carne, ya no se molestan ni tantito, con eso de que todo lo cortan con la máquina, no se dan el tiempo de quitar los excesos de grasa.
For me the best meat there is, it hurts that the presentation is not the best, in the last two times I bought it was more fat than meat, they no longer bother a bit, with that they cut everything with the machine, no they take the time to remove excess fat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actualizando mi calificación que anteriormente era de 5, la verdad es que la calidad ha bajado mucho, fueron al menos 4 las veces que fui y la carne me salió durisima, fuera para cocido, fuera para parrilla a pesar de que acostumbro dejarla a término medio, es por mucho superior el Filete de Oro, lo único que sigue siendo muy bueno es el chorizo es riquísimo, de ahí en más dudo volver.
Updating my rating that was previously 5, the truth is that the quality has dropped a lot, they were at least 4 times that I went and the meat came out very hard, out for cooking, out for grilling although I usually leave it on average , the Gold Fillet is far superior, the only thing that is still very good is the chorizo is delicious, hence in more doubt come back.
