Tortas Robers abrió sus puertas hace más de 30 años.
En 1978, a unas cuadras de la Calzada Independencia, entonces Av. Porfirio Díaz, en lo que hoy se conoce como Calle López Portillo en su número 745, abrió sus puertas Tortas Robers con el característico sabor tapatío en sus tortas ahogadas.De entonces, a la fecha, Tortas Robers ha abierto otra sucursal: en Tlaquepaque, ofreciendo a nuestros clientes la mejor calidad e higiene en nuestros productos.
Contamos con el sello certificado TIF (Tipo Inspección Federal) que respalda la calidad de la carne que usted consume, traida directamente de la ciudad de La Piedad, Michoacán (a excepción de la manita, el buche y lengua que son importados). Así como los frescos vegetales, provinientes de Yahualica, Jalisco, con los que preparamos las salsas que usted ya conoce.

Some people will tell you that then temperature is correct and that beans aren't added automatically. All places have their own unique touch so please don't take my review too seriously. The restaurant is very clean, the staff was great. If the temperature and not having beans is normal to you, then I highly recommend.
