★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 13/10/20 12:20am Acudo a revisar a mi bebé que no paraba de llorar, siempre me recomendaron su clínica y gracias a Dios no la había necesitado, pero está vez que los ocupe su recepcionista de urgencias me dice que si no se YO que tiene mi beba, tengo que hacer previa cita ¿?. Cómo voy a saber yo sí los doctores son ustedes? Es una urgencia y estaba dispuesto a pagar por sus servicios!!! Su srta. Recepcionista no está capacitada ni para negocio, ni para la ética que requiere el sector salud.

Your Ms. Receptionist is not trained neither for business, nor for the ethics that the health sector requires.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de la recepciónista, muy déspota, deberían cambiar a ese personal porque uno paga para que por lo menos te atiendan cordial. El pediatra me atendió bien aunque no quede del todo satisfecha.
Terrible attention from the receptionist, very despotic, they should change that staff because one pays to at least be treated cordially. The pediatrician took good care of me even though I was not entirely satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trato de las recepcionistas, marque y me indicaron que era sin cita y cuando acudí me indicaron que era con cita, deberían ponerse de acuerdo ya que atienden varias, muy mal organizado para pasar con el doctor.
Terrible treatment of the receptionists, I checked and they told me that it was without an appointment and when I went they told me that it was by appointment, they should agree since they attend several, very poorly organized to go to the doctor.
