Vendedores que se comprometen a cosas que no pueden cumplir solo por vender, un gerente de ventas que los cubre, compromisos incumplidos constantes....
Me llevo mi auto, pero jamas volveria y recomiendo a todos evitar esta agencia.
Honda Corp deberia revisar el mal servicio que prestan - no solo queda mal la agencia, sino Honda en general.

Update a la respuesta recibida - no voy a contactar a nadie - estoy reportando por este medio, ustedes investiguen si les interesa mejorar.
Pregunten a Leonardo Lopez, gerente de ventas, por mi caso y veran por que mi molestia con ustedes.

Sellers who commit to things they can't fulfill just to sell, a sales manager who covers them, constant unfulfilled commitments....
I'm taking my car, but I would never go back and I recommend everyone to avoid this agency.
Honda Corp should review the poor service they provide - not only does the agency look bad, but Honda in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui citada en la agencia para ver un auto seminuevo, estando ahí me comentaron que lo llevaron al taller para uno detalles de pintura y me lo llevaban a mi casa para que yo lo viera, nunca me contactaron, después de una semana (28 de enero a las 12 hrs.) me iban a informar nuevamente del carro, me presento a la agencia y me informan que el carro fue vendido ese mismo día, es lamentable y poco ético por parte del vendedor no informar al cliente a su debido tiempo.
I was summoned to the agency to see a pre-owned car, while there they told me that they took it to the workshop for some painting details and they took it to my house so that I could see it, they never contacted me, after a week (January 28 at 12 noon) they were going to inform me about the car again, I went to the agency and they informed me that the car was sold that same day, it is unfortunate and unethical for the seller not to inform the client in due time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente ha decaído mucho el servicio en ésta agencia. No atendieron todo lo que pedí para el servicio de mi auto. Pedí informes y me ignoraron. Es una lástima, porque Honda es una excelente marca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención pero pésimo servicio causando mayores daños al vehículo, el día 23 de marzo realice el servicio de mi auto y el día de ayer 26 al encenderlo una polea estaba mal acomodada o floja causando que la banda se desalineara y se amarrara la misma.... dan servicio y desalinean o causan daños posteriores. Buscan lucrar. Víctor González es la persona que me atendió.
