★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De 10 cubiculos para atender al publico solo atienden tres y los demás donde estan, solo hay una persona en recepción cuando deberían estar por lo menos dos, uno como filtro, otra cosa que no es aceptable es que no permiten la asistencia de un acompañante de las personas de la tercera edad a ser atendidos por el asesor de serviciEsy de cualquier persona ya que muchas veces las personas les cuesta trabajo asimilar la informacion que solicitan y regresan varias veces a preguntar por el mismo tramite.
Es increible que la persona de seguridad sea la más activa y que apoya con más atención y amabilidas que en recepción, creo que es por la sobre carga que tiene la recepcionista al ser la unica persona que recibe a la gran cantidad de clientes que asisten

En la sucursal de Coacalco SOLO HAY UNA EJECUTIVA atendiendo, además te dicen que los kioskos digitales no sirven… no te atienden sin cita. PÉSIMO SERVICIO. Además YA NI SIQUIERA SON LA AFORE MEJOR CALIFICADA, en 2021 les ganan PROFUTURO e INVERCAP. Me voy a cambiar a alguna de esas, la verdad con los de SURA aplica la frase "Nunca espero nada de ustedes, y aún así logran decepcionarme". Les doy una estrella porque no puedo darles menos.
