★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo tiempo de espera, espere 3 horas para que me atendieran, una vez que me atendieron tardaron una hora más para realizar un tramite bastante sencillo, comentaban que tenían problemas con su sistema.
 Terrible waiting time, I waited 3 hours for them to attend to me, once they attended me they took another hour to carry out a fairly simple procedure, they commented that they had problems with their system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El tiempo de espera es alto si no tienes cita, y los modulos express no funcionaron para resolver mi problema sin embargo la atención en recepción es estupenda, la chica que estaba a pesar de tener gripa era muy amable y en módulos me resolvieron adecuadamente. No pongo 5 estrellas porque el tiempo enserio es alto pero realmente me sorprendió la calidad de atención tan buena .
The waiting time is high if you do not have an appointment, and the express modules did not work to solve my problem however the attention at reception is great, the girl who was despite having a cold was very friendly and in modules they solved me properly. I don't put 5 stars because the time is really high but I was really surprised by the quality of care so good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No te atienden si no tienes cita, la persona que te atiende es grosera y solo contesta con "Debes agendar una cita", no hay organización, estás sobre un pedazo de banqueta por qué enseguida esta el estacionamiento, se tardan horas, hay mucha gente y poco personal, si hablas por teléfono no hablas con una persona solo das datos y te envía a WhatsApp, pésimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio la señorita de la puerta cree que le hace un favor a las personas que vienen por su aforé aparte discriminan yo venía con mi familiar no me dejaron entrar y otra persona porque llegó en auto de lujo sin problema pasaron las dos personas y solo tenía que pasar una persona. Creo que debemos ser más empáticos con las personas y sobre todo que son adultos mayores

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sin lugar a duda la atención por parte del grupo tanto de call center cómo del módulo patriotismo es excelente, atento y servicial!!!!
Sin embargo las normas y procedimientos por parte de SURA SON NEFASTOS!!!!!! Mira que tomarse de 7 a 15 días hábiles para hacer la entrega de un dinero que es tuyo y que generaste o sea no vas a pedir "frías" si no simplemente la devolución de una cantidad que tú mismo decidiste entregarles en custodia y que para regresarlo se tomen su tiempo cuando hoy en día los medios electrónicos son tan ágiles para ese tipo de trámites pero en fin te tienen "agarrado" y ni modo. Al final, sea el tiempo que sea obtendrás los recursos y NO tendrá uno que ver más con este tipo de jineteadores!!!!
