Se tuvo que hacer una refacturación porque la primer persona en atender no ofreció la información completa, le hizo falta hacer las preguntas necesarias al cliente para conocer sus necesidades reales y de acuerdo a esa necesidad ofrecer las posibilidades del producto. Se solucionó al final, pero se perdió mucho más tiempo que el estimado.
