★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante la estancia alcancé a escuchar varias veces el clásico "beep" del horno de microondas, y pues se reflejó el uso de este cuando me llegó el Gohan a la mesa, muy caliente por encima, tibio por debajo, y el arroz muy pastoso.
Creo que para recalentar vendría mejor utilizar un wok y al menos un chorrito de soja, con esto ya no presentas un plato aburrido e insípido, mejor humectado, y calentito parejo.
No soy experto en sushi, pero no cuadra el precio del Gohan si lo sirves así de simple.
Los rollos cumplen, tienen lo necesario, aunque están al mismo precio que en SushiRoll, ojo con eso.
La ubicación es muy buena, conveniente para muchos que gustamos de la comida japonesa, pero todo nos queda retirado.
Eso sí, el servicio es excelente, el personal demasiado atento. ??

During the stay I was able to hear the classic "beep" of the microwave oven several times, and the use of it was reflected when the Gohan arrived at the table, very hot on top, warm on the bottom, and the rice very doughy.
I think that to reheat it would be better to use a wok and at least a splash of soy, with this you no longer present a boring and tasteless dish, better moistened, and evenly warm.
I'm no sushi expert, but it doesn't add up to the price of Gohan if you serve it plain like that.
The rolls comply, they have what is necessary, although they are at the same price as in SushiRoll, be careful with that.
The location is very good, convenient for many of us who like Japanese food, but everything is far from us.
Of course, the service is excellent, the staff too attentive. ??
