Marcas a la hora te dicen que ya esta por llegar, marcas otra vez media hora después y apenas llega, además de frío te dicen que eso debiste preguntar al pedirlo, mínimo deberían tener la cortesía de decirte que tienen muchos pedidos en cola y tu decidir si quieres tu pedido tarde y frío.
Hour and a half to send an order at home. Referente al sabor es bueno
Mi recomendación es que tengan más agilidad al momento de levantar órdenes o talvez sea falta de liderazgo y coordinación

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visite la sucursal en San José muy buen servicio el personal en general muy amable, tienen aire acondicionado en la sección del restaurante (a temperatura agradable no fría en exceso muy bien por eso) y abanicos en la terraza lo que se agradece su que no sé si comería ahí ya que hay demasiado polvo al rededor de entiende por qué las calles son de terracería pero no sé qué tan grata sea la experiencia en la terraza ( pedí para llevar) el sabor es bueno y el precio en relación a la calidad me parece muy justo y bueno para ser honesto muy por encima del sushi de galerías Vallarta.
Visit the branch in San José, very good service, the staff in general very friendly, they have air conditioning in the restaurant section (at a pleasant temperature, not too cold, that's why) and fans on the terrace, which is appreciated, I don't know yes I would eat there since there is too much dust around I understand why the streets are dirt but I don't know how pleasant the experience on the terrace is (I asked to take away) the taste is good and the price in relation to quality seems to me very fair and good to be honest far above the sushi from Galerías Vallarta.
