★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida me cayó muy mal, el arroz mal cocido y supongo echado a perder, les llame para advertir de esto y que no le ocurra a nadie más, sin embargo me dejaron esperando más de 20 minutos y aún ahorita sigue ocupado por mi corte de llamada, 1 hora después, que lamentable por que es una gran franquicia.
The food was very bad for me, the rice was poorly cooked and I suppose spoiled, I called them to warn of this and that it does not happen to anyone else, however they left me waiting more than 20 minutes and even now it is still occupied by my court of Call, 1 hour later, how unfortunate because it is a great franchise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida buena , pero la chica de caja tiene pésima actitud, no aplica promociones hasta que reclamas con ticket, si pagas con tarjeta cuidado....su terminal hace el cargo pero a ellos no se les refleja y terminas pagando doble..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio deplorable, me hicieron esperar una hora para darle prioridad a los servicios que tienen para llevar, sin contar que no llevan un orden en sus comandas,y todavía tienen el descaro de pedir primero que dejes el porcentaje del servicio ,??? No vuelvo a regresar a este lugar son nefastos, al parecer a esta gente no les importa el servicio que supuestamente están brindando incluso después de tantas quejas es una vergüenza que no hagan nada para mejorar .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Últimamente han bajado mucho su calidad en los alimentos con lo que preparan los platillos , en dos ocaciones recibí mi pedido con pescado echado a perder , un olor y sabor horrible . De 10 rollos 4 venían descompuestos , se que manejan productos “crudos” pero hay una gran diferencia entre eso y que los vendan echados a perder sobre todo el pescado .
Lately their food quality has dropped a lot with what they prepare the dishes, on two occasions I received my order with spoiled fish, a horrible smell and taste. Of 10 rolls, 4 came decomposed, I know that they handle "raw" products but there is a big difference between that and that they sell them spoiled, especially the fish.
