★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy amable la señorita q atiende refacciones y el vendedor, pero la cajera es una pedante, compré un casco, pague en efectivo y como no tenía cambio me pedía otra forma de pago y estaba insiste e insiste q si no traía cambio yo creo q no me lo keria vender solo por no traer cambio ,no quería ir a cambiar tubo q mandar a la chika de refacciones a cambiar muy mal servicio por esa parte por eso le Kito dos estrellas. Y se me olvidaba comentar q todavía no cuentan con meses sin intereses pagando con tarjeta para comprar moto solo financiamiento ?. Ya en todos lugares cuentan con ese beneficio de meses sin intereses .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Cobran más de lo que es, no hacen los servicios como es, y siempre terminas en problemas con ellos.
No los recomiendo.
Terrible service. They charge more than it is, they don't do the services as is, and you always end up in trouble with them.
I do not recommend them.

No te atienden por estar al teléfono en llamadas personales, no tienen las refacciones y cuando las tienen, lo que no hay es cambio, hay que pagar con TDC
Te dicen que eres libre de comprar las refacciones donde quieras, pero que suzuki cuida mucho que no sea compatible con ninguna marca, genéricos o similares, aunque ellos mismos no la tengan, dando a desear cruzar la calle y mejor comprar en la agencia honda de enfrente
Seran buenas las motos, pero tarde o temprano necesitaran refacciones por muycho que la cuides y te haran pensar que hiciste una mala eleccion comprando la de su marca :(
Lousy after-sales service
They do not attend you for being on the phone for personal calls, they do not have the spare parts and when they do, what there is is no change, you have to pay with TDC
They tell you that you are free to buy the parts wherever you want, but that Suzuki takes great care that it is not compatible with any brand, generic or similar, even if they do not have it themselves, making you want to cross the street and better buy at the Honda dealership. in front
The motorcycles will be good, but sooner or later they will need spare parts no matter how much you take care of them and they will make you think that you made a bad choice buying their brand :(
