★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio excesivamente tardados no cumplen las fechas estimadas que indican, mi unidad lleva ingresada 1 mes y medio sin concluir la reparación indicando que la persona que lo hace faltó y posponen la fecha, me hicieron acudir en bano a la agencia indicando ya estaba lista para entrega y al estar ahí dijeron "que siempre no que la próxima semana" y al comunicarme 1 día antes para confirmar volvieron a posponer la fecha 3 días más

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi prima compró un auto, la señorita que le dió la atención personalizada tuvo que salir el día de la entrega (hoy) y la atendió otra asesora, que nos tuvo paradas mucho tiempo afuera de la agencia, sin tener la más mínima atención de invitarnos a pasar a la sala de espera. Le hicieron la entrega del auto, hicimos el recorrido a casa, se estacionó el auto y más tarde salimos en el auto de nuevo y comenzó a hacer unos rechinidos, que no tenemos idea del por qué. (Sin motivo ni razón aparente.) Si la acabo de acompañar a recogerlo de la agencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue una experiencia bastante desagradable el llevar mi auto a servicio con esta agencia, el asesor desestimó mis comentarios sobre los detalles que quería revisaran del auto, sus respuestas fueron muy misoginas, además argumento que no podían revisar todo el auto porque en sábado no daba tiempo por la demanda de autos que tienen, sino pueden brindar el servicio completo deberían informar cuando se agenda la cita. Para terminar la mala experiencia rompieron un adorno que llevaba colgado en el retrovisor, definitivamente no volveré a este lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi caso el servicio siempre ha sido muy bueno, tienen precios más económicos comprados con otras agencias. Entregan el auto a tiempo y no he tenido ningún incidente con eso.
La zona es de fábricas por lo que no hay nada alrededor para desayunar mientras esperas. Pero si tomas un taxi o un camión llegas a la glorieta de camarones dónde encontrarás opciones.
