★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención al cliente, quedaron de entregarme el resultado un día a las 12 y al no llegarme a las 2 comencé a marcar el teléfono dan en el comprobante y no existe , marco el numero y después de 10 llamadas y explicarles que necesito los estudios antes de una consulta no me ayudan y solo me dejan esperando en silencio hasta que mejor cuelgan. así varias veces después pido hablar con el departamento correcto para levantar una queja y me transfieren y cuelgan de nuevo. muy mala opción, no ofrecieron reembolsarme ni algún tipo de disculpa por no tener los resultados. se escudan en que no tienen sistema, ni teléfono de sucursales ni nada pues. ósea no te ayudan en nada.
Bad customer service, they gave me the result one day at 12 o'clock and when I did not arrive at 2 o'clock I began to dial the phone they give in the voucher and it does not exist, I dial the number and after 10 calls and explain that I need the studies before a query does not help me and only leaves me waiting in silence until they hang up better. so several times later I ask to speak to the correct department to file a complaint and they transfer me and hang up again. very bad option, they did not offer to refund me or any kind of apology for not having the results. They hide behind the fact that they don't have a system, or branch phone numbers, or anything like that. bone they do not help you at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy ridícula la encargada. No hay clientes. No vamos por prueba COVID. No tienen medidor de temperatura y no me dejó estar adentro con mi esposa quien se realizaría los análisis. Muy ridícula con sus políticas extremistas y su mal genio.
The manager is very ridiculous. There are no clients. We are not going for COVID testing. They don't have a temperature gauge and they wouldn't let me be inside with my wife who would take the tests. Very ridiculous with his extremist policies and bad temper.
