Amazing place to get away from it all and immerse yourself fully into jungle life. You will ideally need transport as it is quite remote but if that's what you want then it's ideal. The staff are all fabulous as well.

Absolutely amazing villas in the rainforest wonderful amenities the maintenance repair an issue within 15 minutes of it being reported everything was taken care of absolutely wonderful just everything about this place

The villas are nice and comfortable. The service is friendly. This is more an ideal place if you're looking to chill, and not so much if you want luxury and stuff like that. If you want to go to the beach and/or the town of Tulum you will need transportation. Even though the distances are "walkable", the roads are narrow and they barely have any side space for pedestrians. You'll need to rent a car, a bike or a bycicle. My family rented three villas to accomodate all of us. One of the rooms didn't have a T. V. (there was all the instalation and cables sticking out of the wall). Another room did have T. V. but didn't work properly. And the third one works fine. The same room that didn't have a T. V. was missing the toilet seat. In all fairness we didn't report nor ask for any of this to be fixed, since it was not a major inconvenience. One day we had breakfast at the in-place restaurant; I'm a coffee snub, so maybe I'm being a bit too harsh here, but the coffee was like gas station coffee, or free coffee at the reception office, except it was not free. The chef came to talk to the table (well, he came to talk to us at the table...). He's a cool dude who enjoys what he does. All the food was delicious! Maybe this review looks bad, but that's cause I'm focusing on the things they can improve, instead of just saying everything was perfect. I wanna make it clear that I had a great experience, I would recommend it, and I would come back.
