J	Jake Byrne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been to Cancun four times, our most recent stay being eight days in Puerto Juarez, and have tried street vendors, local restaurants, as well as meals sold by household residents, and the people at Tacos Los Carbones consistently make the best tacos in the city. The quality is beyond comparison- you can watch as they hand press tortillas from dough and cook your food fresh to order. Tacos are 13 pesos for meat or 18 with cheese - we thought this a bit steep at first but they give you more cheese than you would think could even fit in a taco. We ended up eating here three times, as it was always convenient, affordable, and delicious.

A good sign was that many locals were eating there and so the food was very authentic and the price just a no brainer. I would definetly recommend everyone staying in this area to try the authentic tacos. The price are all written on a board so don't be afraid to get scammed. Try it and enjoy I It.
