I do not recommend visiting this spa. I was a loyal customer of this spa for 1 year and I have spent more than $6000mxn pesos in the last year here. I've had several treatments done from massages, facials and microdermabrasion. There were a few issues I had in dealing with the spa and mainly my issues originated in poor communication and later, neglect from the manager. I paid for a treatment in November in which I was promised it would begin lightning freckles on my face. I was not promised that the freckles would disappear but I was assured that there would be progress in having this treatment. I expressed to the manager that there was absolutely no change and even provided photos of before and after. I was very disappointed. I asked her how we could handle this. I did not mind if it was a refund or if we could do the treatment again to see progress. Being a previous business owner myself, I attempted to be as reasonable as I could be. After weeks of trying to communicate with her and even making an appointment to meet with her and her not even being present when I arrived at the spa I realized that this business has absolutely no consideration or care for their high-paying clients. I attempted to get contact information for the owner and once again the manager told me that I needed to wait 5 days for the owner to come back from vacation. I followed up again and as usual, the manager gave me another excuse of why she could not help me. now after over eight weeks of trying to work this issue out and to continue being a good customer of this spa, I give up. I am turning this business into the PROFECO and I will be writing every negative review possible because I do not support any business that will steal from their clients and take advantage of them. Please be aware that the only thing this business is interested in is stealing your money and not following through on promised treatments. Any attempt to be reasonable with Takani Spa will leave no results.

I came very tired from a long flight and a long journey s0bmy back and shoulders were sore,the place is nice clean and relaxing I'd say its upscale. The lady was very friendly and very helpful too she did a great job. I took a 45 min relaxation massage and paid $650 pesos which equals to about $35.00 USD or $40.00CAD. Thank you very much!
