★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor taller de laminado y pintura con un pésimo servicio al cliente, no contestan el telefono y cuando al fin lo hacen tardan media hora en darte el estatus de tu carro, pésimo seguimiento a los siniestros, la calidad de las reparaciones muy pobres al igual que su logística de entrega Tardaron 2 Meses en entregarme el carro por un simple golpe de laminado y pintura y le echaban la culpa en todo momento a la aseguradora, empiezan a trabajar tu carro hasta que tienen todas las piezas lo que lo hace muy lento e ineficiente su servicio
The worst laminating and painting workshop with a terrible customer service, they do not answer the phone and when they finally do, it takes half an hour to give you the status of your car, terrible monitoring of claims, the quality of the repairs very poor as well that their delivery logistics took 2 months to deliver the car to me for a simple blow of laminate and paint and they blamed the insurance company at all times, they start working on your car until they have all the parts, which makes it very slow and inefficient your service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me decepciono el servicio que recibí, demoran demasiado y no te mantienen al tanto del trabajo que les encargas, no saben tratar al cliente y son muy descuidados al recibir el auto, ya que en otros ponen plastico en volante y asientos, aqui ni papeleta te entregan...decidido no vuelvo!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente no lo recomiendo, trabajos mal hechos, tardados y sin ningún tipo de medidas de calidad, me entregaron mi carro todo briseado de pintura, el “arreglo” no quedó bien, manténganse alejados de este taller
I definitely do not recommend it, poorly done, slow work and without any quality measures, they gave me my car all sprayed with paint, the "fix" did not turn out well, stay away from this workshop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trabajo muy tardado, como en todos los talleres de aseguradora, al principio muy amables, cuando por fin me entregaron la camioneta, NO TRAIA LE REFACCION, Me dijeron que si la Iban a reponer, me querían entregar un rin y llanta más chicos, lógico no lo recibí porque de nada me sirve. Llevo más de 6 meses llamando y esperando respuesta y es fecha que no me han entregado la llanta de refacción que ahí en el taller se robaron. YA ME BLOQUEARON PORQUE MIS LLAMADAS SE VAN DIRECTO A BUZON. MUY MAL MUY, MAL EL TALLER. SI ES QUE SE LE PUEDE LLAMAR TALLER.

I have been calling and waiting for a response for more than 6 months and it is the date that they have not given me the spare tire that was stolen there in the workshop. THEY ALREADY BLOCKED ME BECAUSE MY CALLS GO DIRECTLY TO THE MAILBOX. VERY BAD VERY, BAD THE WORKSHOP. IF YOU CAN CALL IT A WORKSHOP.

Si yo hubiera sabido del pésimo servicio que tiene este taller, jamás lo hubiera llevado ahí.
Nadie responde los teléfonos, no responden WhatsApp, mi carro tiene un mes en el taller y no le han hecho absolutamente nada. Tienen a TODOS autos los en la calle, en el sol, con una capa increíble de suciedad, y aparte muuuuuuuuuuy expuestos. Mi carro tardara en total dos meses en estar listos gracias a su incompetencia y pésimo trato.
Jamás volvería por ninguna razón. NO LO RECOMIENDO, no le deseo a nadie lo que yo y a lo que veo otras personas están pasando. De verdad, dejen a este establecimiento como su última opción.
I have to give it 1 star because I can't give it zero...
If I had known about the terrible service that this workshop has, I would never have taken it there.
No one answers the phones, they do not answer WhatsApp, my car has been in the workshop for a month and they have done absolutely nothing to it. They have ALL cars on the street, in the sun, with an unbelievable layer of dirt, and other than that sooooooo exposed. My car will take a total of two months to be ready thanks to their incompetence and lousy treatment.
I would never go back for any reason. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, I do not wish on anyone what I and what I see other people are going through. Seriously, leave this establishment as your last option.
