★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre una cocina, hay muchos detalles pendientes desde hace 3 meses espero la atención, NO recomiendo este proveedor ya que si hay detalles y ajustes que hacer no los hacen, la vendedora pésima atención, la estructura metálica para el despensero que pague por separado de la cocina que compre con ellos me la instalaron y desde el principio estaba dañada, pedí la cambiaran y no lo hicieron, la instalación la hicieron en 2 semana y era una cocina muy pequeña, uno tiene que estar llame y llame para tener la atención, NO compren ahí.
Buy a kitchen, there are many pending details for 3 months I wait for your attention, I DO NOT recommend this supplier since if there are details and adjustments to be made, they do not make them, the salesperson is lousy, the metal structure for the pantry that I pay separately from the Kitchen that I bought with them they installed it for me and from the beginning it was damaged, I asked to change it and they did not, the installation was done in 2 weeks and it was a very small kitchen, one has to be call and call to have attention, NO buy there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dan garantía por su trabajo, vinieron 3 veces a arreglar una bisagra que nunca quedó bien y dijeron que yo tenia que hacer mantenimiento anual cuando ellos vinieron 3 veces a "arreglar" el mismo problema que nunca quedó bien. Al final querían cobrarme mucho más por arreglar un problema. Mal servicio, mala atención, mala calidad. ¡No recomiendo que compren aquí!
They do not give a guarantee for their work, they came 3 times to fix a hinge that never turned out well and they said that I had to do annual maintenance when they came 3 times to "fix" the same problem that never turned out well. In the end they wanted to charge me a lot more to fix a problem. Bad service, bad attention, bad quality. I do not recommend buying here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hicieron mi cocina y tardaron más de lo estipulado, según ellos por la pandemia (lo cual entendí) pero no contestaban cuando preguntaba cuando estaría terminada. Posteriormente una bisagra falló y la han venido a arreglar 2 veces, ahora que continúa sin funcionar la misma puerta me quieren cobrar 1500 pesos porque terminó la garantía (pero nunca quedó bien la misma puerta que vinieron a arreglar). Varias personas me han pedido los datos de quien hizo mi cocina, pero sinceramente no los recomendaría.

Later a hinge failed and they have come to fix it 2 times, now that the same door continues not to work they want to charge me 1500 pesos because the warranty ended (but the same door that they came to fix was never good). ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el cerrado suave se descompuso después de un mes de uso, al instalaron el granito lo rayaron y quedo opaco, la garantía no la hacen válida y se equivocaron en las medidas de mi cocina. Todo mal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A casi 2 meses de la instalación, no han podido reparar las muchas fallas que dejaron, las puertas son de diferente tono entre ellas, golpes y muchos detalles de maltrato, descuadres, puertas no cierran ni abren bien, herrajes distintos con aperturas distintas, la cubierta de granito muy mal terminada, etc. Muchos problemas y ninguna solución. Dejan mensajes leídos y no contestan ni dan próxima solución
