★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi experiencia me fue muy mal, mi carro lo lleve por medio de la aseguradora con la facia delantera rota, al hacer ellos el chequeo me dijeron que tenían que cambiarla porque no se podía reparar, paso un mes y me llamaron que ya había llegado la pieza lo lleve y al día siguiente me lo entregaron con la facia vieja bien pintada eso sí pero pegada que porque la aseguradora no había autorizado la pieza. El caso es que lo tuve que llevar a otro taller para que hicieran la reparación de la facia porque ellos no hacen ese trabajo.

Doy 3 estrellas porque la atención no fue pésima, pero sí sumamente mediocre.
Sin ánimos por ayudar, poniendo muchas trabas y hubieron muchas equivocaciones a la hora de que realizaran el levantamiento, por lo que el seguro no quiso responder ante reclamaciones posteriores y el taller no quiso responsabilizarse de nada.
Creo que todo es un problema de recursos humanos y de las 0 ganas que existen de servir al cliente como se debe.
Jamás dejaré un carro de nuevo en ninguno de sus talleres.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan mucho en dar solución, te dicen una fecha y no cumplen, me dijeron: en 5 dias hábiles y ya van casi 3 semanas sin novedades.
No te contestan las llamadas, y cuando lo hacen, te dejan en espera por varios minutos.
Tienes que estar encima de ellos para que te resuelvan, y tienes que ir personalmente a su taller por que no te solucionan nada por llamadas.
Llegas a su oficina y nadie te atiende, ni te preguntan que se te ofrece o a quien buscas, o a que vas, etc.
A DE CUENTA QUE TE HACEN UN FAVOR AL ATENDERTE ELLOS A TI!
PESIMO NEGOCIO Y DE "EMPLEADOS" (LOS DE OFICINA)

They don't answer your calls, and when they do, they leave you on hold for several minutes.
You have to be on top of them so that they solve you, and you have to go personally to their workshop because they do not solve anything for you by calls.
You arrive at his office and no one attends to you, nor do they ask you what is offered to you or who you are looking for, or what you are going for, etc.
TO REALIZE THAT THEY DO YOU A FAVOR BY ATTENDING THEM TO YOU!
AWFUL BUSINESS AND "EMPLOYEES" (THE OFFICE ONES)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve un carro con un choque utilizando mi seguro. No hicieron bien su trabajo al dejar mal instaladas las piezas, mi seguro y ellos iban a instalar piezas nuevas y me instalaron unas usadas (de otro carro)
Pésimo trabajo.
Entregan el carro sucio sin limpiar (se llevo lavado)
Si pueden llevar su auto a otro lugar vayan al otro lugar sin dudarlo.
Dan largas a los asuntos sin hacerse responsables
